IMMEDIATE POSITIONS- CALL ON 7738402343 send cv on divyani@contactxindia.com it@contactxindia.com Role & responsibilities GCC Sales role for Financials Services/ Non FS Sector ( BOTH THE SECTORS) in Bangalore Overview We are looking for candidates for end-to-end sales and fulfilment in Financial Services (FS) GCCs for enterprise technology solutions. At least 5+ years of experience in similar role and understands how GCCs work in Loan Staff as well as Fixed Fee opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities Takes responsibility of 4-5 named FS accounts / Non FS to identify and generate opportunities regularly. Understands account hierarchy and maps stakeholders of the identified accounts. Works closely with client to identify immediate demand, forthcoming demand and secure extensions of existing resources. For immediate demand, work back with internal service lines or vendor network to fulfil the requirements. For forthcoming demand, work back with internal service lines and hiring teams to push recruitment and eventual fulfilment. Drive entire sales and fulfilment cycle in a timely manner understand demand, identify right internal stakeholders, prepare identified candidates for interviews, schedule interviews, follow-up for closure, get onboarding of selected candidates done and take all necessary Risk and Pricing approvals as per KPMG requirements along the process. Work closely with project manager and client to monitor timesheet entry, billing and collections. Be hands-on for the entire cycle as mentioned above.
