Gaming & Esports Centre Manager

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the gaming center, providing an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers with booking gaming sessions, explaining packages, and offering suggestions based on their preferences.
• Handle billing and payments, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Promote available gaming packages, tournaments, and membership options to increase sales.
• Upsell gaming experiences, including event registrations and special offers, to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining gaming equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Support the coordination of gaming events and tournaments held at the center.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
