Project Overview:

We are currently developing an AAA-quality immersive third-person shooter (TPS) game for the Indian market, based on true events with an authentic storyline and gameplay experience. The game is designed to be compatible with low-end mobile devices to ensure wide adoption across India. The team working on this project comprises 15+ members in tech and product, and 20+ members in art and design.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Game Producer with a robust background in Game Design and Game Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-level design and production roles, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering engaging, high-quality game experiences from concept to launch. This role will be crucial in streamlining our production pipeline, improving coordination, and ensuring efficient delivery of our mobile TPS game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional teams, specifically focusing on coordination and dependency tracking between the tech-product and art/design teams.
• Oversee the game development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to minimize wasted bandwidth on tracking dates and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams, ensuring clear objectives and smooth workflows.
• Identify and mitigate production risks and roadblocks.
• Define and track key performance indicators for production efficiency and project progress.
• Ensure that the game aligns with the overall vision and quality standards for an AAA-quality immersive third-person shooter.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in Game Design and Game Production.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in game development.
• Extensive experience in high-level design and production roles.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with mobile game development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine is a plus
