Role Overview This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who is confident with digital tools, knows how to hold a conversation both online and by phone, and can turn outreach into warm opportunities. You will use LinkedIn, email and SMS to start meaningful conversations, guide prospects into our client funnel and support the follow-up process with both automation and human touch. You’ll also be expected to use CRM tools, support email and SMS marketing sequences, and occasionally jump on a call or make outbound calls to keep momentum moving. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Generation Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with aligned prospects Write personalised, natural-feeling messages that generate real engagement Nurture conversations and maintain consistent follow-ups Business Development and Sales Support Qualify leads and book Virtual Coffee Chats for our strategy team Keep CRM records up to date and accurate Make occasional outbound calls or join calls with prospects if needed Funnels and Automation Build and manage Level 1 and Level 2 funnels in Go High Level or similar Automate follow-ups via email, SMS and task workflows Track funnel performance and contribute to optimisation efforts Email and SMS Marketing Support execution of email and SMS campaigns targeting new and existing leads Assist with segmentation and scheduling based on lead behaviour Report on open rates, click rates and engagement metrics AI and Workflow Tools Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper or others to support messaging and content Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation Collaborate with team to refine processes Social Media and Engagement Engage with prospects via LinkedIn comments, content shares and direct messages Observe prospect behaviour and report insights back to the team Support the overall brand presence across key digital channels What You’ll Need Excellent written and spoken English Prior experience in lead generation, digital sales or business development Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and messaging strategy Basic knowledge of funnel building, email automation and SMS campaigns Familiarity with CRM tools like Go High Level or similar Comfortable making follow-up calls and communicating professionally on the phone Detail-oriented, self-managed and able to stick to performance goals What’s On Offer A full-time, on-site position with a growth-focused team Training on cutting-edge AI and funnel strategies A chance to work on international campaigns with real-world impact Scope to learn, grow, and move up if you show initiative Performance-based bonuses (we’ll talk numbers once you’ve proved your impact) Why This Role Matters G Virtual Solutions has spent the last 15 years building trusted relationships with international clients.
