We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build innovative digital solutions that engage and delight our users. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors. Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine design concepts and ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience in designing for various devices and platforms.
