Location- Bangalore Position- Full Time, Work from Office Reporting - Head, Marketing and Content Strategy Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing and Content Strategy Assistant Manager with 4- 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team and take charge of developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies for our social media, all communication channels and website. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Should have worked with Influencers across all tiers, content agencies, social media pages and CRM tools is a plus Should have a natural flair for fashion and understands the nuances of the fashion industry. Should be enough equipped in excel sheets, G-sheets and other data churning tools 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and own the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital and offline channels. Translate business goals into cohesive brand-building initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty. Keep the brand aligned with fashion trends, market dynamics, and audience insights. 2.Campaign Planning & Execution Conceptualise and execute 360° brand campaigns—from seasonal drops to collection launches. Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels Manage creative briefs, campaign timelines, and deliverables. 3. Digital Brand Experience Lead digital-first brand activations across social media, website, CRM, and partnerships. Ensure all digital touch-points reflect a cohesive brand identity and premium customer experience. Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives 4. Influencer & PR Collaborations Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, and digital creators aligned with brand values. Manage PR agencies and media relationships for coverage in relevant fashion and lifestyle publications. 5. Content & Communication Oversee the creation of compelling brand content—visuals, videos, copies, editorials, reels, performance ads, etc Partner with design and creative teams to maintain visual consistency across platforms. Build storytelling that drives emotional connection with the brand. 6. Consumer Insights & Trend Research Monitor consumer behavior, competitors, and global fashion movements.
