About the Role FUTUREFLUX LLC is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support our data-driven projects and ensure business requirements are captured accurately and transformed into actionable technical solutions. This is a full-time, remote role available to candidates based in India. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows. Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve process efficiency. Support project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Conduct competitor and market analysis as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence). Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts is a plus.
