While the role is currently remote, occasional in-office sessions will be required once our new studio opens. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops, creating user personas, journey maps, and task flows. You will rapidly iterate low- to high-fidelity concepts in tools like Figma, validate designs through stakeholder walkthroughs, and craft polished UI components, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reusable component library in collaboration with engineering, conducting usability tests, and supporting front-end implementation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or front-end engineering for web or mobile platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout grids, and motion design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React components is preferred. Familiarity with accessibility standards, ARIA roles, and collaboration skills are also essential. About the Role We’re hiring a Content Developer to plan, create, and optimize content that educates, converts, and strengthens our brand across web, social, email, and sales enablement channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to translate complex ideas—like IT infrastructure reliability, cloud migrations, and AI-assisted products—into clear, compelling stories. This role is remote-first ; periodic in-office sessions may be required in the future. Key Responsibilities Content Production: Write and edit web pages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, ad copy, and product one-pagers. Editorial Planning: Own the content calendar—prioritize topics, set deadlines, and align with campaign goals and product launches. SEO & Optimization: Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, and schema basics; continually improve CTR and rankings. Thought Leadership: Ghostwrite for executives; craft POVs on IT AMC, cloud productivity, secure migrations, and data-driven marketing. Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, solution briefs, and customer stories mapped to personas and buying stages. Distribution & Repurposing: Turn long-form pieces into social threads, carousels, short videos, and email sequences. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, MQLs, assisted pipeline); run experiments and iterate based on data. Governance & Quality: Maintain brand voice, style guide, fact-checking, citations, and basic legal/compliance safeguards (copyright, data privacy). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers and developers to ship content-driven experiences (docs, microsites, knowledge bases). (Nice-to-Have) AI/LLM: Use LLM tools for drafting, summarizing, and ideation—while applying editorial judgment, prompt discipline, and source verification. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 1+ year in content writing/development for B2B tech or digital services. Writing Portfolio: 3–5 samples demonstrating clear, technical-yet-human storytelling. SEO Fundamentals: Keyword research, on-page best practices, and basic analytics literacy (GA4, GSC). Tools: CMS (e.g., WordPress or headless), docs suites, project trackers, and basic image editing. Communication: Excellent command of English; organized, deadline-reliable, and comfortable collaborating asynchronously. Preferred Experience creating content about IT infrastructure, cloud migration, Microsoft 365, SaaS, DevOps, or cybersecurity . Hands-on with LLM/AI content workflows (e.g., prompt libraries, fact-checking guardrails, style finetuning). Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot, similar) and basic email lifecycle content. Comfort with social storytelling (LinkedIn carousels, short-form video scripts) and A/B testing . Understanding of accessibility and inclusive language guidelines. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Publish a foundational pillar page and 3–5 cluster articles for one core service line. Ship a customer case study and a sales one-pager aligned to a live campaign. Improve CTR on at least one key landing page through headline/metadata experiments.
