TCS is hiring for Project / FUSE Specialist (for Global Medical Affairs and US Medical Affairs)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for iEnvision tool administration and enhancements
- Configure workflows, templates, and dashboards to align with publication planning processes.
- Create submissions FUSE using correct metadata entry and correct categorization.
- Ensure that the promotional assets meet the required specifications.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with organizational policies
- Deliver training sessions and create user documentation for global publication teams.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Envision users.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for publication metrics, timelines, and compliance KPIs.
- Submit the assets for review and approval by the relevant stakeholders.
- Track the progress of review and coordinate with the relevant scientific writing team
- Ensure that the approved assets are distributed or published as planned
- Project Coordination: tracking the progress of work, updating and coordinating with internal stakeholders; leading the daily stand-up calls
- Provide submission support for conference abstracts, posters and manuscripts etc.
- Develop project timeliness
- Support upload of documents on Datavision/iEnvision
- Ensure compliance to client work practices and tools such as Datavision/FUSE.
- Vendor management for printing and shipping of posters and weekly DO forecast.
- Support Copyright requests/ procurement as needed.
- Liaise with Envision Pharma Group for system upgrades, new feature implementation, and issue resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory) to streamline publication workflows.
