Fundraising and Investors Relations

As a Fundraising and Investors Relations- AIF at Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd., your role will involve developing and executing the fund-raising strategy for the AIF by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with family offices, corporate offices, HNIs, UHNIs, institutions, and distribution partners. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with various intermediaries for fund investment, presenting reports to investors, ensuring fund closure as per timelines, communicating with investors for subscriptions and redemptions, and handling any other related ancillary work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the fund-raising strategy by building strong relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with intermediaries for fund investment - Present reports to investors, potential investors, and intermediaries - Ensure timely closure of the fund - Communicate with investors for subscriptions and redemptions - Handle any other related ancillary work Qualifications: - Post-Graduation is compulsory (MBA/ CA) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field - Strong relationships with family offices, Ultra HNI, HNI, intermediaries - Proficient in relationship management, follow-up, and networking - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. is a SEBI registered CAT 1 fund and a merchant banking firm based in Mumbai & Ahmedabad, focused on IPOs and fund raising through Private Equity and Debt.
