In this role, you will engage directly with the public, raising awareness and funds for impactful charity initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Public Engagement: Approach individuals in high-traffic areas (e.g., shopping malls, events, and streets) to raise awareness and funds for charitable organizations. Fundraising: Inspire and encourage individuals to support causes through regular donations or one-time contributions. Relationship Building: Establish meaningful connections with potential donors, explaining the impact of their contributions and how their support will make a difference. Campaign Knowledge: Stay informed on campaign goals, objectives, and the causes being supported to ensure clear and accurate communication with potential donors. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure all donations are properly documented and processed. Brand Representation: Represent the organization and its cause in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner, adhering to all company guidelines. Qualifications: Passion for fundraising and supporting meaningful causes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and connect with people from all walks of life. Target-driven with a desire to meet and exceed fundraising goals. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and resilient. No prior experience required training will be provided!
