Fund Raising Manager

Job Description

Formulate and implement detailed fundraising plans and strategies to achieve annual revenue goals and facilitate organizational development. Identify and nurture relationships with prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and governmental entities. Conduct research to evaluate funding opportunities, grant prospects, and sponsorship options that align with the organization's mission and programs. Draft persuasive grant proposals, funding applications, sponsorship packages, and donor solicitations to attract financial contributions. Collaborate with internal teams to collect pertinent information and data necessary for grant submissions and fundraising materials. Oversee donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgment letters, updates, reports, and recognition events to foster strong relationships with donors. Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, such as donor cultivation events, online fundraising drives, and corporate partnerships. Monitor and assess fundraising performance, track progress towards objectives, and analyze fundraising data to guide strategic decisions and enhance fundraising efforts. Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory standards in fundraising, philanthropy, and nonprofit management. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote fundraising opportunities and increase the organization's visibility in the community.
