FUND MANAGER

Job Description

Experience in Managing fund for CAT AIF-I Must have an experience of more than 5 years in Category I Alternative Investment Fund Venture Capital Fund and investments across sectors. Must have experience across multiple AIF sub-category fund, investment strategies, structuring, negotiating, financial modeling and managing portfolio and co-investment Advising or Managing pools of capital, Fund Management, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Buying, Selling and Dealing of Securities or Other Experience in project finance & asset management across Infrastructure & Power (including renewable, transportation, port, mining, resources). Development of new infrastructure projects, market entry strategies, deal making, M&A, growth strategies, private equity, financial feasibility and bid advisory. Experience in Alternate investments funds, expertise in Residential /Commercial real estate finance underwriting, Risk & assets management, structuring, retail mortgages & other Ability to lead and work across a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities with outstanding team and project management skills. Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement experience. Experience in across sectors including Ed-tech, Fin-tech, real estate, green energy, power, telecom, infra, manufacturing, healthcare, cyber security, among others Playing multi-disciplinary roles of Fund raising, strategy, sourcing, investment, credit risk, asset management and Investor relations.
