Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate should have detail knowledge of General Insurance products and guidelines.
Candidate should be well versed with all non-life insurance related terminology which includes Group and retail category.
Good understanding of Insurance Principles.
Should be able to coordinates with product developers, business analyst and regulatory Experts to understand requirements and define test criteria.
Candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should have strong communication skill and providing feedback to stakeholders and contributing to the continuous improvement of general insurance products and services.
Person should be responsible for evaluating the functionality, accuracy and Usability of general insurance products and related Software Systems.
Person should be good in designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects or discrepancies and ensuring that insurance products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standard.
Candidate should be having good understanding of testing concepts.
Candidate should be aware of Defect Life cycle and well versed with STLC.
Candidate should be aware of entire SDLC process well.
Good to have Insurance Certification (LIII/AIII) will be an added advantage.
Experience range 3 to 5 years.
