What You'll Do:

We are looking for a seasoned and talented D365 F&SCM Functional Support Consultant, Responsible for the support of our STAEDEAN Rental Management solution in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM. Responsible for delivering partner enablement and support experience to our Dynamics Partners and Customers. Work with product development and services team and manage the full process ranging from guiding change requests and product defects to solutions. Design D365 F&SCM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners regarding support requests on STAEDEAN solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O & SCM.
  • Analyse, investigate, and prioritize support requests, providing effective solutions to partners and customers worldwide.
  • Assist the support team with the analysis of incoming support requests.
  • Assist STAEDEAN’s development team in resolving incidents and delivering software fixes and product improvements through testing and collaboration.
  • Support STAEDEAN’s developers with change requests and software testing activities.
  • Ensure proactive and professional communication, both verbal and written, in response to support requests.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Contribute to and maintain STAEDEAN’s internal knowledge base repository.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with advanced solutions on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O & SCM.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM.
  • Experience in Integrations.
  • Base functional knowledge of standard Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM functions (T&L and Project accounting), postings, roles and permissions, workflows, batch jobs.
  • Proven experience in creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) that translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Analytical skills to analyse support requests.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Self-starter that can operate individually and is also a great team player.
  • Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and the team.
  • Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM (MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330).
  • Basic understanding of technical environment that Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O&SCM uses.
  • Rental industry background is preferred.
