Responsibility: - Directly Responsible for Production Management of Fan Assembly Shop and Winding Shop - Accountable for Departmental Objectives and KRA’s Achievements - Production Strategy Planning according to Monthly & Weekly Production Plan for maintain the Shop floor Activities. - Production Planning with PPC & Purchase Team for N+3 Days production plan for the run production-line smoothly - Materials Traceability according to Production Plan - Manpower Planning, Handling and Controlling in Fan Assembly Shop and Winding Shop - Responsible for Manpower Skill Development and Deployment Plan - Monitoring, Controlling and Improvement of TPM Dashboard Targets - Conduct the Production Performance Review Meeting with Production Team for monitoring the TPM Dashboard targets - Rejection Reduction as per management targets - Cost Reductions as per PQCDSM (Management Targets) - Closely ensuring optimum utilization of Consumable / Raw Material and other things. - Abnormalities Handling and Controlling during production operations - Prepare & Analysis Customer Complaint CAPA Sheet with CFT Team - Encouraging / Motivation to down the line Staff for Production achievement / Quality Control / Kaizen and Participation in extra circular activities - TPM and Kaizen Ideas / Implementation Qualification: BE, B.Tech in electrical/electronic/ Master in operation Management. 12-17 years of experience required. Communication skill, Strong computer knowledge, Leadership. SAP Knowledge is Must.
