Functional Lead - Implementation

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead project implementation and oversee end-to-end project delivery. Collaborate with the Design team to obtain comprehensive customer context and understanding of customer requirements. Track project progress against milestones, report status, and flag any potential issues proactively. Manage execution of all implementation steps, including requirement gathering, automation and UAT sign-off. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are involved when needed (e.g., discussions on SFDC, integrations, etc.). Lead all customer conversations during the UAT phase, ensuring the involvement of relevant stakeholders where necessary. Conduct detailed contract and agreement reviews. Lead customer feedback calls, triage issues, seek clarification, and determine next steps for implementing feedback. Assess automation feasibility of customer use-cases in collaboration with Design and Automation Team Train team members before Go-Live and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure Go-Live readiness. Act as the primary contact for all customer communication and escalations during the hypercare period. Provide training and onboarding for the new hires.
