Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CLM implementation projects for small and mid-sized businesses, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and track milestones, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones. Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate collaboration and communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges to ensure project success. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Developing change management plans and strategies to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new CLM solutions. Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change readiness and potential barriers. Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and support activities to build capability and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Monitoring change progress, gathering feedback, and making adjustments as needed to drive successful outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to align change initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CLM or related domains, for small and mid-sized implementations. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, and project management software like MS Project or JIRA. Experience in managing small to mid-sized project teams, including internal resources and external vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex project environments. Knowledge of CLM software, SaaS environments, and implementation best practices is required Skills in change management to support smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies during and post implementations Project Management (PM) certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Six Sigma certification are a plusRole & responsibilities
