About The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications with seamless user experiences across platforms. Prior experience in SaaS-based companies is highly preferred.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React (minimum 3+ years) and Node.js (minimum 3+ years).
• Build responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work within Agile frameworks—participating in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives—to deliver features on schedule.
• Integrate with backend services and partner with backend developers on Node.js-based APIs and authentication mechanisms.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Implement UI/UX designs, improve user interactions, and drive front-end architecture decisions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to improve performance, reliability, and usability.
• Adopt security best practices (including OWASP guidelines) and ensure secure implementation of features.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js for API integration.
• Experience implementing OWASP security practices.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux (or similar).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.), and web security best practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  

Educational Qualification
