Role & responsibilities

8+ years
experience with
React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
Hands-on expertise in
microservices and micro frontends.
Proven experience
designing
and
implementing
various
API patterns.
Strong skills with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or
MySQL.
Deep understanding of
AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
Thorough grasp of
Agile frameworks
(Scrum/Kanban) and
Atlassian tools
(JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in
cross-team collaboration
and
leading/mentoring developers.

Preferred candidate profile

Manage ongoing projects and new projects as they appear; help manage sprints and deadlines with the team, and communicate with various stakeholders.
Fully understand requirements from our clients/shareholders and deliver projects to a high standard.
Ensure application resilience, performance, and scalability by effectively utilising AWS services and infrastructure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact features.
Conduct code reviews, promote clean coding standards, and support team members through mentoring and guidance.
You will be responsible for leading and helping build a new development team in Bangalore.
Contribute to the overall technology function by enhancing infrastructure, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvement.
