What You’ll Do

  • Own the Stack:

    Build and maintain our

    Django/DRF backend

    ,

    React web app

    , and

    React Native mobile app

    .

  • Ship AI:

    Integrate real-time Speech AI and ML models into consumer-facing products.

  • Architect:

    Design scalable REST APIs and clean PostgreSQL schemas.

  • Build Culture:

    Work directly with founders to define the engineering roadmap and coding standards.


Must-Have

  • 1+ Years Experience:

    Proven history of shipping full-stack applications.

  • Python Master:

    Deep familiarity with Django & DRF (Django Rest Framework).

  • Frontend Pro:

    Solid React.js experience (Redux/Zustand).

  • Mobile Ready:

    Experience with React Native (or a strong willingness to learn it fast).

  • Database Skills:

    Comfortable with PostgreSQL and complex queries.
