About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining software that powers 100% of a clinic's daily operations. You will be a key contributor to Syntras mission of transforming healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, and related technologies. Build and maintain robust and scalable backend services using SQL and AWS. Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement software architecture and development best practices. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications. Contribute to the evolution of our technology stack, leveraging Vue, JavaScript, AWS, and FHIR data models. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on front-end development using Vue.js and JavaScript. Solid understanding of backend development using SQL and cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with FHIR data models is a significant plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. A passion for improving healthcare through technology. Preferred Skills: Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with healthcare data and compliance standards.
