Fullstack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at MTAP, you will be responsible for developing scalable software solutions as part of a cross-functional team. You should be proficient in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Your passion for visual design and utility will be a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop software in Java, object-oriented databases, and the dotCMS platform. - Build REST web services and design interfaces between UI and REST service. - Create data-grid-centric UI. - Participate fully in the agile software development process. - Write clean code and practice test-driven development. - Work on a range of technologies and components including user interfaces, services, and databases. - Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on. - Ensure the reliability and ease of support of the software you build. - Assist in providing 3rd line support when needed. - Help build, test, and release software within short lead times. - Develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline. - Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Java and UI stack. - Proficient experience with web technologies, frameworks, and tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, XML, jQuery, Spring, etc. - Experience with State Management, Redux, Reducers, JavaScript, and CSS in ReactJS/UI. - Practical experience in test-driven development and continuous refactoring. - Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming, SQL, and relational databases. - Experience working in an agile team using Scrum, Kanban, or XP. - Experience in Functional Analysis is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented with a productivity orientation. - Ability to think creatively to resolve problems efficiently.
