- Develop and maintain scalable, secure web applications using NextJS and FastAPI following best engineering practices.
-Support the Solution Architect in translating architecture designs into implementable, highquality technical solutions.-Ensure system reliability and performance through efficient coding, optimization, andadherence to industry standards.-Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting clean code, testing practices, and continuousimprovement.-Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust,compliant financial products.Develop and implement full-stack features (NextJS + FastAPI) aligned with architectural standards.-Produce clean, well-structured code with comprehensive tests and documentation.-Optimize application performance and enforce secure coding practices to meet fintech regulatory requirements.-Work closely with the Solution Architect and other teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver stable, scalable financial solutions.-Timely delivery of user stories per sprint with minimal rework.-High code review ratings, strong test coverage, and low post-release defect
