Fullstack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full stack Developer with a strong proficiency in full-stack development as well as multiple design techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrate working proficiency across the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement. A strong grasp of modern development techniques such as CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security is essential. Key Responsibilities: Apply proficiency in full-stack development to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications across all layers (front-end, back-end, database). Utilize a comprehensive full-stack toolset effectively to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Work proficiently within Agile methodologies, actively participating in at least one common framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Demonstrate a strong understanding and implement techniques such as Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Test Driven Development (TDD). Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments, ensuring application resiliency and robust security measures. Possess proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, C#, Ruby, etc. - consider adding specific languages relevant to your tech stack here ). Apply working proficiency across various software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other engineers, to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues throughout the application lifecycle. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in full-stack development. Required Skills & Experience: Proficient in Full Stack Development as well as multiple design techniques. Working proficiency in a Full Stack toolset (e.g., specific frameworks, libraries, databases, cloud platforms consider adding specific examples here relevant to your needs ). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks. Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages. Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Software. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
