Job Description: Full Stack Web Developer (MERN / Next.js / Node.js)
Position: Full Stack Web Developer
Experience: 1–4 Years (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Next.js, Node.js).
Build high-performance backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js.
Work with relational & NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Implement real-time features using WebSockets.
Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe preferred).
Manage deployments on AWS / VPS (Ubuntu/Linux).
Optimize performance, security, and reliability of applications.
Collaborate using Git/GitHub, follow CI/CD workflows.
Implement caching solutions using Redis.
Work with Firebase for authentication, notifications, and real-time DB where required.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive HTML/CSS pages.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Solve complex problems using Data Structures & Algorithms.
