As our Full Stack Web Developer, you will lead the charge in developing and maintaining key digital platforms within the organization. You ll work on everything from our website to internal portals, automation tools, and analytics dashboards, ensuring these systems drive efficiency and collaboration across the company.

What You ll Be Doing

Internal Website Development Maintenance:

You ll take ownership of ConceptCo.co s website. Developing, maintaining, and optimizing it to be a stunning reflection of our brand. Your goal is to keep it engaging, interactive, mobile-first, and optimized for performance and SEO.

SEO Performance Optimization:

Your technical prowess will be critical in ensuring our websites are fast, secure, and optimized for SEO best practices. You ll focus on Core Web Vitals, implementing structured data, asset compression, and advanced performance techniques.

CMS Development Content Management:

You ll develop and manage a customized CMS, making content updates seamless for internal teams whether its blogs, case studies, or team updates. SEO-friendly features will be integrated to ensure easy metadata editing, automated sitemaps, and a smooth content management process.

CRM Automation:

Optimizing and integrating our CRM system is key to enhancing lead management, client interaction, and internal workflow automation. You ll ensure that the CRM system works seamlessly with the website and other internal platforms, automating tasks and tracking data along the way.

Security, Testing Deployment:

Security is a top priority, and you ll perform regular audits to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring the platforms remain safe from threats. You ll also handle testing for cross-browser and device compatibility, managing updates and bug fixes.

Collaboration Project Execution:

Your work will require close collaboration with internal teams like marketing, HR, and leadership. You ll help translate their needs into technical solutions, maintain clear documentation, and ensure that all digital development projects are completed on time.

What We re Looking For

Skills Required

Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Vue.js/React.js
Back-end: PHP (Laravel), MySQL, RESTful APIs.
CMS Development: WordPress, Custom Laravel CMS, Headless CMS.
CRM Automation: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or other automation tools.
Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, XML Sitemaps.
Security Testing: Penetration Testing, Bug Tracking.
Hosting Deployment: AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker.
Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on UI/UX and performance optimization.
Ability to document processes and share knowledge.

Minimum Experience:

3-5 years in full-stack web development, preferably with Laravel.
Experience with CMS, CRM integration, and internal platform development.
Proven track record of SEO-friendly and performance-driven website development.

Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in optimizing high-traffic websites with a focus on SEO.
- Experience in retail, visual merchandising, or digital marketing environments (not required but a bonus).
- Previous experience working with B2B/B2C websites, CRM automation, and lead management systems.
