V Train U is an emerging career and skill development platform focused on providing high-quality, industry-relevant training in vernacular languages across Andhra Pradesh. Our goal is to empower job seekers, students, and professionals with real-world tech skills and career guidance. We're currently expanding our team and looking for passionate Full Stack Developer Trainers who can train students on modern technologies, mentor them in projects, and guide them toward placement success. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend). Teach web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB/MySQL. Provide hands-on coding support and real-time project assistance. Design course curriculum, assignments, quizzes, and project modules. Evaluate student progress and provide individual guidance. Conduct mock interviews and coding assessments. Stay updated with industry trends and update training content accordingly. Support career guidance and placement preparation efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / or related field (preferred). Minimum 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Prior training/mentoring experience is a strong advantage. Proficiency in: Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js (or Angular/Vue.js) Backend: Node.js with Express.js, or any backend language like Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot) Databases: MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL Version Control: Git, GitHub Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and deployment (Heroku, Netlify, AWS) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience, empathy, and ability to mentor learners from diverse backgrounds. Nice to Have Experience with DevOps basics or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Experience teaching in regional languages is a bonus. Experience with online training tools like Teams, Google Meet, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Training: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
