Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of the Engineering function within the Product Development team, where your primary role will involve creating specifications and designs for new products or enhancements to existing products. Your collaboration with customers, developers, and stakeholders will be essential in understanding and defining customer needs for these designs. Ensuring that features are aligned with a set timetable and specific areas of responsibility will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, developers may seek feedback from customers on product usability and potential future enhancements. As a Software Engineer, your focus will be on designing, writing, and testing code for either Software Engineering Applications or Systems, while hardware systems specialists will be matched to Hardware Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software to meet business and customer requirements - Verify software behavior through manual and automated tests - Deliver high-quality products within specified timelines - Document product designs - Analyze, debug, and assist in resolving customer issues - Collaborate and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders - Perform specialized professional activities based on expertise level - Contribute to and potentially lead projects - Provide advice and direction within your area of expertise - Utilize professional expertise to contribute to strategic goals and business outcomes - Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships - Occasionally lead project teams and provide formal training to junior staff Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, SQL, and stored procedures - Familiarity with developing UI using Angular or ReactJS with Typescript - Proficiency in using IDEs such as IntelliJ and VSCode - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Some experience working in the healthcare industry - Knowledge of legacy technologies including JSP and Spring MVC - Familiarity with end-to-end development, including writing test cases and using automation frameworks like Selenium and Zephyr If you are looking for a challenging, supportive, and inspiring career where you can contribute to making the world a healthier place, consider joining us.
