Full Stack Software Engineer

As an engineer at Intain, you will be part of a team reimagining structured finance infrastructure in the AI-assisted era of software development. Your role will involve owning features end-to-end, writing clean code, testing, deploying, iterating fast, and fixing bugs when needed. You will work closely with coding assistants and intelligent dev tools to deliver the output of four traditional engineers - you plus your AI agents. Key Responsibilities: - Own features end-to-end - Write clean code - Test and deploy code - Iterate fast - Fix bugs when needed - Work closely with coding assistants and intelligent dev tools Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, Jules - Strong understanding of prompt-driven and assisted coding workflows - Treat AI tools as collaborators, not just autocomplete - Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks - Not afraid to be measured by what you ship - Core contributor seat on a small, high-output team Additional Details: Our teams have been leveraging AI-assisted coding since mid-2023, with the current threshold being 1+1.
