Full Stack Software Developement Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Mocha Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on scalable systems, clean architecture, and intuitive user experiences by collaborating with product owners, clients, and other development teams. **Role Overview:** - This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Software Engineer at Mocha Technologies offices in Vadodra, Gujarat, Virar, Maharashtra, or Bhuj, Kutch. - You will be involved in developing, maintaining, and enhancing fintech software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features. - Responsible for conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with other developers and product managers to build robust, scalable, low-latency software solutions for the Fin Tech industry. - Design client-side and server-side architecture. - Work across Frontend, Backend, and Database systems in this Full-Stack position. - Test software to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability. - Utilize CI/CD tooling to improve and automate deployments. - Review code, write unit tests, and follow software engineering best practices. - Develop yourself as an engineer and leader through continuous growth and sharing expertise with others. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of full stack development experience. - Experience with one of the following languages is an advantage: PHP, Python, Javascript. - Experience with React JS, Laravel PHP a plus. - Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results. - Financial industry knowledge would be a plus. - Ability to work effectively with the team and even be a team leader.
