About the role:
We are hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build, ship, and iterate on our company-investor matchmaking platform and internal apps. You will own features end to end, from problem and spec to code, launch, and measurement. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team of developers and designers as we scale.
What you will do:
- Own product features from problem to launch. Write specs, design simple flows, implement front end and back end, test, ship, and measure.
- Lead or co-lead a small, cross-functional pod of developers and designers. Set priorities, review work, unblock issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Build a fast and reliable platform. Plan data models, APIs, middleware, and services for performance, security, and scaling.
- Ship quickly and iterate based on data and user feedback. Define success metrics, instrument analytics, run experiments, and improve retention and conversion.
- Automate operational workflows into robust internal tools.
- Apply AI where it adds clear product value.
- Establish a tight user feedback loop. Capture insights from users and the team and turn them into improvements.
- Partner with growth on SEO. Ensure architecture, rendering, performance, and metadata support organic traffic goals.
