Full Stack PHP Developer ( Yii 1, jQuery, MariaDB, WAMP/LAMP) Position Overview: Skilled Full Stack PHP Developer with expertise in Yii 1 Framework , jQuery , and MySQL/MariaDB, along with experience in WAMP and LAMP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user requests. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and the Yii 1 Framework. Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MariaDB. Use Migrations for db updates Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components. Frontend Development: Build dynamic and interactive user interfaces using jQuery and other JavaScript libraries. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. System Architecture: Work with WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP) and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP) stacks to deploy and manage web applications. Configure and optimize server environments for performance and security. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure application stability and security. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP with a strong understanding of the Yii 1 Framework. Experience with front-end technologies, particularly jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 4/5 and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically MariaDB. Familiarity with WAMP and LAMP stacks, including server configuration and management. Additional Skills: Understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other PHP frameworks or libraries. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) is a plus. 10 years+ experience with php based wamp/lamp stack Plus: Knowledge of cloud platforms, IT infrastructure and deployment tools.
