Ludotronics is hiring a Full-Stack Game Developer to build high-quality 3D and multiplayer games from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our design, art, and backend teams while contributing across gameplay, systems, backend integration, UI, tools, and deployment.
You will work with the team to develop, refine, and ship features across the full Unity pipeline—gameplay systems, UI, audio, optimization, tools, and platform builds. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally but also take responsibility for delivering your modules independently.
• Build mechanics, player controllers, enemy AI, weapons, inventory, and 3D interactions.
• Implement multiplayer using Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror, or Photon.
• Handle synchronization, RPCs, lobbies, matchmaking, and authoritative logic.
• Contribute to progression loops, quests, and meta-systems.
• Create UI (menus, HUDs, pop-ups) using UI Toolkit or UGUI.
• Collaborate with design on UI flow, state management, and multiplayer interfaces.
• Integrate 3D models, animations, blend trees, rigs, and animation controllers.
• Work with the art team on Cinemachine setups, timelines, and camera systems.
• Integrate SFX, BGM, and VO using Unity audio or FMOD/Wwise.
• Implement event-based audio systems tied to gameplay.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, leaderboards, cloud saves, analytics.
• Coordinate with backend engineers on REST/WebSocket-based data flow.
• Set up Addressables, localization, save/load, and IAP systems.
• Optimize frame time, memory, draw calls, and multiplayer bandwidth.
• Profile on mobile and PC with Unity Profiler and external tools.
• Automate builds and deploy to Steam, Google Play, and iOS TestFlight.
• Work with the team to manage versioning and platform-specific requirements.
• Use Git (branches, PRs) and async communication effectively.
• Work with teammates through reviews, documentation, and rapid iteration.
• Portfolio/GitHub with at least one Unity game (3D/multiplayer preferred).
• Strong C# + Unity 2021 LTS+ (physics, input, prefabs, animation systems).
• Experience integrating 3D assets, UI, VFX, and audio.
• Understanding of backend APIs, multiplayer logic, authentication, and databases.
• Comfortable with Git, collaboration, and remote async workflows.
• Multiplayer: Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror, Photon, Steamworks.
• Shader Graph, custom shaders, VFX Graph.
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Console / VR / AR experience.
• PlayFab, Photon Fusion, Nakama, or dedicated game server experience.
