Role Overview:

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of
web-based UI using React
and
backend services using Python/Django
.
Design and implement
secure REST APIs
for integration with CRM, Call Center, and AI models.
Ensure
responsive, SSO-integrated UI/UX
for seamless user experience.
Oversee
code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Mentor junior developers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
Ensure
application performance, scalability, and maintainability
.

Required Skills:

7–10 years
of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in
React.js
,
JavaScript
, and modern front-end frameworks.
Expertise in
Python/Django
for backend development.
Experience with
REST API design

OAuth/SSO
, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with
CI/CD tools

Git
, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of

(SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization.
