About Us

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications using modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
Implement UI/UX designs with precision and attention to detail.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to improve performance and usability.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in modern frameworks like React and Next.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of GraphQL and headless CMS.
Exposure to backend development with Node.js.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern state/data‑fetching patterns (e.g., React Query), form libs, testing (Jest/RTL/Playwright).
Backend: Python, REST API’s and Flask.
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis; exposure to Elasticsearch/OpenSearch is a plus.
AI Integration (nice to have): calling LLM/embedding, basic RAG patterns.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
