What You’ll Build & Own


  • Full-stack development across web and mobile
  • High-quality user interfaces with a premium, modern aesthetic
  • Backend services, APIs, authentication, and secure data systems
  • Internal tools and lightweight dashboards that streamline operations
  • Integrations with third-party platforms (identity, payments, analytics, etc.)
  • A Gen-AI powered layer for automation, content, and internal tooling
  • Rapid prototyping — shipping fast, refining even faster




Requirements


  • Strong proficiency with 

    Node.js, TypeScript, React/React Native

     OR 

    Swift/Kotlin

  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
  • Ability to take loosely defined ideas from concept → deployed product
  • Experience integrating external APIs and building scalable backend architecture
  • Comfortable working 

    U.S. hours (flexible)

  • Strong communication and ownership mindset
  • Gen-AI native — you use modern AI tools naturally in your workflow
  • A product-centric mindset: you care about polish, performance, and user delight




Bonus Points


  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, Vercel)
  • UI/UX sensitivity and strong front-end craft
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end releases
