• Make the system faster, more reliable, and more predictable.
• Improve user workflows based on real behaviour in real homes.
• Build features that directly solve partner challenges on the ground.
• Refine configuration logic so complex homes can be set up with clarity and confidence.
• Enhance the reliability of the Cue Core hardware controller and maintain offline-first stability.

Who You Are

This role requires clarity of thought, technical maturity, and ownership:

• Minimum 5 years building full-stack products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and how real-world systems behave.
• Ability to break down complex behaviour into simple, reliable, scalable solutions.
• Works with focus, removes ambiguity, and communicates clearly.
• Comfortable in early-stage environments where problems are not predefined.
• Takes complete ownership of the work — from design to delivery — without handholding.
• Brings ideas, challenges assumptions, and contributes to shaping the product.
