We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Full Stack Development Lead Requirements

• Graduate in

  BE/BTech/MCA

  from a reputed university; Masters degree is an advantage.

• 5+ years

  of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development.

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of experience as a

  Development Lead

  is preferred.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both

  front-end

  and

  back-end

  components of web applications.

• Strong front-end skills in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks/libraries such as

  React JS.

• Back-end expertise in

  .NET (C#)

  and

  JavaScript (Node.js), along with

  APIs, OAuth, and OpenID.

• Proficient with tools like

  Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights, etc.

• Experience working on

  Microservices-based products

  is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like

  Azure DevOps

  or

  Jenkins.

• Solid understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) and

  DevOps

  best practices.

• Familiarity with

  ALM tools

  such as

  Azure DevOps

  and

  Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to

  lead a team

  of front-end and back-end developers.

• Strong

  attention to detail

  to ensure high-quality, reliable code.

• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Strong

  analytical mindset

  and a

  proactive

  approach to problem-solving.

• High level of

  personal integrity

  and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work

  independently with minimal supervision.
