Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN technologies. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver features. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Create and consume RESTful APIs and ensure secure integration. Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible front-end interfaces. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment. Required Skills: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development. Strong expertise in React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MongoDB . Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and Bootstrap . Good understanding of RESTful APIs , JWT , and OAuth . Knowledge of Redux , Hooks , and component lifecycle in React. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , version control systems ( Git ), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure is a plus). Experience with unit testing and debugging tools . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization tools like Docker is a plus. Show more Show less
