CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, feature flags, rollout strategies
Observability: OpenTelemetry, metrics, logs, tracing, SLO/SLI mindset
Security & Privacy: Secure coding, auth/authz, secrets management
AI-Powered Development: Copilot, Cursor, prompt engineering & validation
Primary Skills:
Event streaming (Kafka, EventHub) & async patterns
Caching & CDN (Redis, edge delivery)
Databases: Aurora, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, migrations & modeling
AI features: RAG, agentic patterns, structured outputs, guardrails
Cloud & IaC: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep
Contract testing, synthetic monitoring, accessibility & performance budgets
Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve platform architecture & modular systems
Improve developer productivity through paved roads & tooling
Own platform integrations (auth, payments, caching, CDN)
Drive performance excellence (Core Web Vitals, optimization)
Lead security best practices & compliance
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, releases & rollouts
Champion testing strategies & automation
Govern design systems (WCAG 2.2 AA, ARIA)
Collaborate closely with product, design & business teams
Qualification:
Experience in fast-paced/startup-like environments
Strong architectural influence across squads
Hands-on with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
Expertise in security, threat modeling, OAuth/OIDC & privacy-by-design
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,537,911.12 - ₹3,100,000.92 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
