Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with modern web frameworks such as Spring and Angular. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS or Azure. - Proficient in database management and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
