Scope of Role The Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Plays a role in technical projects and contributing to the overall success of the development team. The position is accountable for management of the full process: implementation, testing, and deployment of our MES system and offers third-level support for the system alongside the team. Responsibilities for Employment Software Development Implementation Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across the entire technology stack. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices in software development. Implement, test, and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Collaboration Teamwork Work closely with development teams in Sweden and India to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and QA engineers. Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. System Architecture Performance Optimization Design and implement scalable and efficient systems that align with business needs. Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability under various conditions. Contribute to architectural decisions, including technology selection and system design improvements. Technical Support Maintenance Provide third-level support to the production team in Sweden, addressing critical issues and ensuring system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges. Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements. Innovation Continuous Learning Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency. Additional Responsibilities Ensure adherence to company-wide policies, security protocols, and compliance standards. Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on project needs. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience. Years and Type of Experience : 5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions in an agile environment, preferably in a production setting. Proficient in the full Microsoft development suite: C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, ASPX-forms, NServiceBus and Microservices. Key Skills, Knowledge Capabilities: Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Customer Focus.
