As a software engineer with 3+ years of professional experience, you will be responsible for mentoring or managing engineers. Your strong expertise in backend development using Java, Node.js, Go, or Python, along with familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, will be essential for this role. Additionally, your solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Mentoring or managing engineers - Backend development using Java, Node.js, Go, or Python - Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue - Understanding microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures - Working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 Engineering College - 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer - Strong expertise in backend development - Familiarity with frontend frameworks - Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills You will have an advantage if you have experience building or scaling SaaS or platform-based products, exposure to GenAI/LLM, data pipelines, or workflow automation tools, and prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment. Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.
