Full Stack Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and has successfully deployed applications with high traffic volumes. You should be comfortable working across the full development lifecycle—from architecture and backend API development to UI/UX implementation and mobile app deployment.---Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture.Develop native mobile applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with excellent performance and usability.Work with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas for efficient data modeling, indexing, and cloud-hosted database management.Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including monitoring, scaling, and resource optimization.Utilize Android SDK for building and maintaining Android applications.Handle the end-to-end app release process on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Implement strong data security standards, including encryption, tokenization, secure authentication (2FA), and best practices for user data protection.Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX principles.Work on systems handling millions of users, ensuring optimized performance, stability, and reliability.Apply knowledge of microservice architecture, load balancing, queue systems, and distributed systems.Conduct code reviews, write clean and testable code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA).Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale applications for high availability and performance.---Required Skills & Experience3+ years of professional development experience in full-stack roles.Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend API development.Expert knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, and modern front-end tooling.Deep experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas Hosting.Hands-on experience building Native Mobile Apps and/or PWAs.Familiarity with Android SDK, mobile app debugging, and optimization.Proven track record of publishing apps to App Store and Play Store.Solid understanding of data security, encryption, OAuth, JWT, Two-Factor Authentication, and secure coding principles.Experience with Google Cloud Hosting (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GKE, etc.).Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS), rate limiting, and load measurement.Ability to create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.Experience working on applications with large-scale traffic and performance tuning.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.---Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GCP Cloud Build).Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with analytics tracking, error logging tools, and performance monitoring.Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and authentication services.---Personal AttributesDetail-oriented with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of projects.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
