Must have skills required: ChatGPT, GenAI, GitHub Copilot, LMS, CI/CD, MariaDB, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Git, MySQL, React Js Korea's Performance Consulting Firm is Looking for: About The Company - We are looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer who can manage end-to-end development of our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in frontend and backend technologies, DevOps practices, and strong leadership capabilities. Experience developing cloud-based services is essential, as our LMS operates on a subscription-based cloud model. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of efficiently utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate the development process and improve productivity. We are a South Korea–based consulting and learning design firm, trusted by top organizations like Samsung, Hyundai, and CJ. We’re now building a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) to scale our training programs digitally. This LMS will be built from scratch using modern frameworks and cloud-native infrastructure. About The Role - We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (2–5 years’ experience) to take on the end-to-end development of our LMS. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where autonomy, speed, and quality matter. The project will use React.js , Spring Boot , MariaDB , and AWS . We’re also open to developers who use generative AI tools (like Copilot or ChatGPT) to write better code faster. Tech Stack Frontend: React.js Backend: Spring Boot (Java) Database: MariaDB Cloud: AWS DevOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD Bonus: GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development Responsibilities Build and deploy the LMS from scratch (frontend to backend) Develop REST APIs and connect backend services with frontend features Design and maintain database structure using MariaDB Host and maintain application infrastructure on AWS Use AI tools for faster and more reliable development Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform Communicate proactively with our team Requirements 2–5 years of full stack development experience Strong proficiency in React.js and Spring Boot Solid understanding of MariaDB or similar relational databases Hands-on AWS deployment experience Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD Ability to work independently and operate during IST hours Good communication and task ownership skills Experience using generative AI tools is a plus What We Offer 100% Remote work Work aligned with IST (flexible within that window) Clear, quick hiring process – only one interview Payment and contract handled by a reliable agency Full ownership of the project with support from a creative team Opportunity to work on a high-impact LMS product No of Interview Rounds : 1 (CEO and CTO) Contract Duration : 12 Months How to apply for this opportunity?
