We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full Stack Trainer who can guide learners in mastering end-to-end web development.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment technologies. You will mentor students, conduct practical sessions, and ensure that learners are job-ready with strong project exposure.

Key Responsibilities-Deliver classroom and online and offline training sessions on Full Stack Web Development (front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment).

-Develop training content, assignments, real-world projects, and assessments.

-Guide students in building complete applications and solving coding challenges.

-Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.-Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance.

-Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

.-Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training modules.Technical

Skills Required-

Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js-Back

-End: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)-Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL-Version Control & Tools: Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON

-Deployment & Cloud: AWS, Heroku, Docker (preferred)-Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPs concepts.

Qualifications & Experience-Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

-Prior experience as a Trainer / Mentor / Instructor is preferred (not mandatory for strong coders).

-Strong communication and presentation skills.-Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their career goals.

-Industry experience as a Full Stack Developer will be a strong plus.
