Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)

As a Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) specializing in Node.js and React.js, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable applications while leading a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain efficient full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js. - Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment workflows. - Oversee GIT repositories, branching strategies, and code reviews to maintain best practices. - Lead and mentor developers, offering technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security adhere to standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly.
