*Role Description:*

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer. Must have 3/4 years of experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for Stride Real Estate. The candidate will collaborate with other software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards. They will also be responsible for identifying and fixing issues, as well as improving the overall performance of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart).

• Integrate with REST APIs built on Python (FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot).

• Collaborate with the Next.js team to ensure mobile and web experiences are consistent.

• Build reusable UI components, manage app state, and ensure smooth navigation and responsiveness.

• Deploy and monitor application builds through AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and CloudWatch.

• Write backend scripts or small services in Python/Java for data transformation, authentication, or automation tasks.

• Participate in API design, ensuring performance, scalability, and security best practices.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for builds and deployments.

• Conduct code reviews and unit/integration testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of total development experience, with at least 2+ years of Flutter (must have shipped or maintained production apps).

• Strong proficiency in Dart, asynchronous programming, and state management patterns.

• Solid backend understanding using:

Python: API development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST), data handling, and integration scripting.

Java: REST API development with Spring Boot, ORM (Hibernate/JPA), and multithreading basics.

• Working knowledge of Next.js for dashboards, analytics, or lightweight web frontends.

• Proficient with AWS cloud stack (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM).

• Familiarity with Firebase, Google Maps API, and mobile push notifications.

• Strong experience integrating CI/CD, Git, and Agile processes (JIRA, Confluence).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
