The Role

We are looking for a

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

who can take ownership of product features end-to-end, from crafting high-quality front-end experiences to designing and scaling robust backend systems.This role plays a critical part in shaping architecture, performance, scalability, and engineering best practices across the platform.

  • Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS
  • PostgreSQL, TypeORM
  • Redis, Swagger, Axios, RxJS
  • Event-driven architecture
  • REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Azure services (Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Queues)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-stack product features from concept to production
  • Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
  • Architect and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, NestJS, or ExpressJS
  • Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries in PostgreSQL
  • Integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards and workflows
  • Write clean, modular, testable, and high-performance code
  • Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/Automation teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Deep experience with the React ecosystem, including performance optimization and state management
  • Proven backend experience using Node.js with NestJS or ExpressJS
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as TypeORM
  • Strong grasp of REST and GraphQL API design principles
  • Exposure to event-driven systems and Redis is an advantage
  • Experience working with large datasets and real-time interfaces
  • Strong system design fundamentals covering scalability, performance, and clean architecture
  • Ownership mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a passion for building high-quality products
